AI Assisted Confidence based Learning and Assessment

Abstract

In this session design and development of Learning Objects (LO) for technology enable learning has been explored. A scheme for deployment of new 2-D assessment technique for a typical learner is developed. AI assisted assessment of learner from day-to-day activities such as world of work by inclusion of data using LRS is proposed. Content prescription system with micro level granularity by decomposing IO into tasks and Acs along with identification of interdependency of ACs and tasks. Unlike class room teaching design of monitoring method for a learner for improvement at each iterative level is also prescribed. Incorporating Authentic Learning (AL) within CBL for better HR management at organization level is taken care off and finally proposal for a Augmented Confidence Based Learning (ACBL) has also been given.
