Abstract

This work relies on the fact that organizing powerlifting game is still carried out traditionally in Nepal. We have analyzed various steps throughout the game that are being handled by different fragmented tools and software. It was observed that various fragmented tools delayed the game, decreasing performance efficiency of players and organizers which needed to be solved using a single software platform with all integrated features. By incorporating crucial feature like IPF-GL calculation, leaderboard display, lift submission and validations etc., Powerlifting Game Digitalization and Management System (PGDMS) has been designed on a mobile platform to be used specifically in Nepal by aiming at digitalizing and simplifying the traditional and hectic manual process of organizing and executing powerlifting events.
