We are happy to release yet another fresh new issue of the Journal of Science and Technology (JoST) – Volume 3 Issue 1.

This issue has set a few new goals:
1. Higher Recognition: Providing higher recognition to the published articles by assigning DOIs to them through Nepal Journals Online (NepJol).
2. Increased Accessibility: Enhancing the accessibility of JoST by publishing it online so that readers can access both print and web versions.
3. Expanded Availability: Expanding the availability of the articles to various other index databases, thereby extending the reach of the research works to a global audience.

Unlike previous issues, this issue includes a collection of papers not only from graduating students of the master’s programs at NCIT but also from graduate and post-graduate students from other institutions. We have also incorporated research works from non-IT fields, resulting in this issue publishing articles in two different formats – APA and IEEE. This practice will continue in future issues, making JoST arguably the first-ever multi-format journal of Nepal.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to all the authors who have submitted their research to JoST, as well as the entire organizing committee and administration of the college for their efforts in shaping JoST. Special thanks go to the reviewers who have played a crucial role in elevating the quality of the submitted manuscripts through their rigorous revision processes. We thank you all!
